When we first started working with Kitchen Supplies, sales were at zero, and the main challenge was the low brand awareness and lack of trust among a large segment of the target audience. This revealed key strengths, including a strong factory with an excellent market reputation and the owner’s extensive industry expertise, which allowed us to produce high-value educational content that builds customer trust. Our work focused on addressing the major weaknesses, such as limited digital presence, weak advertising content, and low trust among women aged 35+ when shopping online. We developed a clear brand message and built a complete marketing strategy based on educational content, credibility, and a structured plan designed to drive consistent e-commerce sales. This strategy successfully increased brand awareness, improved engagement, and enhanced the brand’s ability to reach the target audience and convert them into actual customers.
